First Friday Mass was offered on 6th October, 2017 by Rev Fr. Raja on the theme ‘Mary leads us to Jesus ’. All the Catholic students and teachers attended the Holy Mass.
Rangoli Competition was held on 14th October, 2017.The students displayed various types of Rangoli like Dotted Rangoli , Alpana , Sanskar and Free hand The winners of the respective groups are :–

Group B 1ST – Sakshi Patel (9th B)
Diwali, the Festival of Light was celebrated with fun and festivity in our school on 14th October,2017. Our Manager Rev.Fr. George Pinto articulated a beautiful message on the occassion
With gleam of diyas and colourful traditional dresses, happiness was felt all around the campus when the K.G. children had Diwali Celebration on 16th October, 2017. The students of all the religions were seen celebrating the festival lovingly with all their innocence.They also organized diwali card making as the Saturday activity.
Elocution, Debate and Extempore was organized on 28th October,2017.The confidence level of the participants was beyond words and they reflected excellently on the topics given.The winners of the competition are as follows-
Elocution-1st Maitri Tiwari(8th C)
Debate -1st Khushi keshri (10TH B)
Extempore-1st Shivani Tiwari(12th B)
3rd Parent Teacher Meeting was conducted on 12th October, 2017. Parents were shown the answer sheets of Term-1 Exam and teachers discussed the performance of the students and advised them to improve in various subjects.
Our School was the proud host of JSSC BasketBall Tournament organized on 11th, 12th and 13th October, 2017. 16 Schools and more than 190 students participated in this mega event organized in our school Mr Kuldeep Singh Barar,International coach Presided over the function . This year Boys team of St. Aloysius Rimjha brought laurels to their school by bagging the second position in the tournament.
To enhance skill and creativity, Diya Decoration competition was held on 16th October, 2017 in the Auditorium. The Students from classes I to V participated enthusiastically in large number. The winners of the competition are-

The School Cultural club organized the trip to Chausat Yogni ,Bhedaghat on 24th October,2017.The students of class 5th along with their teachers visited the place of archeological importance reflecting ancient culture. They learned to protect our monuments as they are a part of our Cultural Heritage

The School Awareness Team conducted an Awareness Programme on 28th October, 2017 to make the little ones aware of the serious offences of child abuses that are taking place in our society from time to time. A small interactive session was taken by the school AEP Incharge Miss Vineeta Lal on ‘Good touch and Bad touch’ and she also solved the queries of little ones
The Scout and Guide students of our School are gaining reputation because of their service and consistent working.20 scout and 20 guide of our school went to visit Village Basay on 10th October, 2017. They cleaned the area and flagged the rally to spread awareness for cleanliness
JSSC Volleyball tournament was held on 7th November to 9th November 2017 in DPS School, Nagpur Road.Our School was runner up team and bagged silver medal in the tournament.
JSSC Badminton tournament was held on 9th and 10th, November in Gyan Ganga International School.Tanisha Agrawal of our school bagged silver medal adding feathers to the school cap.
A regular eye test is the best way to protect our eyesight and an easy precaution to take as many sight threatening diseases can be cured or slowed if caught early enough. The School Health and Wellness Club organized an Eye Checkup Camp from 11th November ,2017 to 14th November ,2017.The well known capthalmologist Dr. Vivek Mishra and Dr.Anil Jharia from Cantacare Eye Hospital,Jbp had organized the free check-up of the students and recommended various measure for proper eye care.
AEP Session was organized for classes 6th to 12 on 18th November,2017.DSP Madam Mohant Marove,S.I Sonal Shukla and Rekha Prajapati from crime branch took up the session and focused on safety and security of children and females.Mr.Manoj Gupta trainer in defence technique displayed defensive moves along with his team.
Children’s Day was celebrated on 14th November, 2017. Children’s joy knew no bounds as they enjoyed their teacher’s performance. This year our school has invited specially challenged children from Navjyoti to perform on the stage. They presented a beautiful programme for our children.On this lovely occasion ,our children also enjoyed the icecream treat.
KG children visited Navjyoti School of specially challenged and celebrated diwali with the special children by distributing sweets and cards. They merrily sang and danced with them in the festive mood.
Guru Nanak Jayanti was celebrated on 4th November, 2017. A Special Assembly was conducted on the importance of this occasion.
The 8th Pre Primary Annual Athletic Meet was held on 25th November, 2017 at the school ground in a joyful atmosphere on the theme Infinito. The occasion was graced by the presence of the honourable Chief Guest Mr Pankaj Singh ,Incharge of BDDS,Police control room,Jbp .The energetic tiny tots displayed, dance, drill, song and races enthusiastically.
Annual Charity fete was organized on 11th November,2017. The Teachers and the students had put up various snacks stalls and exciting games and collected a handsome amount as the charity fund.
Every great advance in science has issued from a new audacity of imagination .In order to give platform to the imagination of young minds, St. Aloysius Sr. Sec. School Rimjha, organized Science, Art and craft Exhibition on 11th November, 2017. Prof.N George was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The other eminent judgeson the occasion were Dr D.K Koasta, Mrs RICHA Pandit and Mr. Ashish Dhanuka. The models and craft exhibits were attractive and colourful for they had been prepared and designed well by the students with guidance of their teachers. The auditorium simply dazzled with beautiful works of art and craft.
The Students and Teachers celebrated the birthday of our dynamic Manager Rev. Fr. George Pinto on 29th November, 2017 as Rectors Day. A short Programme was organized for our Rector and a video was played to express our appreciation to Father for all that he has contributed to the school in these years.
